How do the roundtables work?
In a separate room on the exhibition floor, you will engage in a 45-minute conversation with a group of visitors selected by you. The content of the session is up to you, allowing you to target a specific, interesting audience. Because you can select the visitors yourself, you decide who you want to talk to.
Visitors can apply to participate in your session. From these applications, you choose which contacts are interesting to you before the trade show. A maximum of 15 visitors can be seated at the table. You can select additional visitors to accommodate any no-shows.
There is a chance that more visitors register than you are allowed to select. You will also receive the details of the remaining registrations so that you can follow up on them.
