Pay.nl is a payment provider, profiling itself as an intermediary between the consumer and the webshop. If a webshop needs payments, they can do so directly themselves or through a payment provider. When visitors visited the Pay.nl stand during Webwinkel Vakdagen, Hellemonds and the Pay.nl team looked at the checkout to help (potential) customers.
'We look along to see how your checkout can be optimized and whether we can help you in the area of payments.'
Hellemonds notes the huge turnout at the fair. That might have to do with a trend that many Web shops are in demand for payment methods to pay in arrears or spread payments.
Because of that large turnout, you can also do a bit of relationship management as a company during the WWV. And that is of great value, according to Hellemonds: 'You have existing customers who come to the booth specifically to speak to you, existing partners who are also exhibitors here that you can speak to, and of course the prospects, because without leads, no trade show.'
